Educational Talent Search (ETS) is a federally funded program under the TRIO branch of the U.S. Department of Education. ETS serves 1,166 participants in grades 9-12 in the counties of Monterey and Santa Cruz. Participating schools include: Alisal High School, Gonzales High School, Greenfield High School, King City High School, Seaside High School, Soledad High School, and Watsonville High School. ETS provides students with academic advisement, career exploration, financial aid/scholarship and college admissions assistance, college tours, cultural events, and other educational enrichment opportunities. The goal of the ETS program is to have our participants graduate from high school, apply and enter the college of their choice, secure financial aid/scholarships, and graduate with a post-secondary education credential. |
